This month-old nonprofit is spearheading beneficiary-driven development of 4,780 Upcountry Maui homelands acres for a 1,200-lot ag/pastoral community. 

The meeting agenda includes introduction of charter officers, bylaws approval, discussion of the 2026 meeting schedule, and a short hike and cultural protocol on the ʻāina. Look for meeting signage just past 1050 Keanuhea St.
