It’s an excellent way to stay abreast of happenings, to share your priorities, to discuss challenges and solutions on the homesteads – all are welcome!

1) PRESENTATION: DHHL Staff Lehua Kinilau-Cano Native Hawaiian Housing Block Grant (NHHBG) NAHASDA Funding projects.

2) UPDATE:Aunty Blossom Feiteira on Agenda item G-3 Selection of the Representative of the Hawaiian Homes Commission to the East Maui Community Water Authority; and Approval to Conduct Beneficiary Consultation to Create a Proposed Process for Future Appointments for the Hawaiian Homes Commission Representative on the East Maui Community Water Authority.

As a beneficiary of the Hawaiian Homes Commission Act (HHCA) we ask that you put your name to this Petition and let your voice be heard.

1) Approve the submission to initiate a beneficiary consultation process to develop the protocol for FUTURE seats.

2) Support the recommendation to approve either Dr. Jonathan Scheuer or Mr. Dwight Burns. The current position is move on the exception to rule to move from beneficiary consultation in this instance, to support that the HHC to vote on this matter and make a nomination to fill the seat.
